CASE Visitations offers several different services. Our certified supervision experts are available to work with all family needs. We offer supervision services 7 days a week. CASE Visitations is proud to offer supervised visitation and monitored exchanges on evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on availability.
Each parent must complete an intake assessment separately before services begin. This helps us understand the unique needs and circumstances of each family.
Supervised visitation is when a noncustodial parent is allowed to spend time with their child under the supervision of a neutral party. CASE Visitations ensures the safety of the children and may intervene if needed. Supervised visitation is often ordered by the court in family law cases when there is a risk to the child or the other parent.
An "exchange" occurs when a child goes from the physical custody of one parent to the other parent for visitations, supervised or not. During a monitored exchange, CASE Visitations is present to ensure the safety and well-being of the children and parents. Monitored exchanges can help parents avoid conflict and allow children to cope with divorce or separation.
We facilitate phone and video visits by initiating the call and remaining present for the duration, ensuring smooth and monitored interactions between the child and non-custodial parent.
Our professionals are available to provide objective testimony and depositions when subpoenaed, ensuring that the court has all necessary information regarding the supervised visits.
We offer a variety of reports, ranging from summary visitation reports to detailed accounts of each visit. An objective report is written after each visit, providing a clear and factual account of the interactions observed.
