Ashleigh Thayer is the proud founder of CASE Visitations, utilizing over twenty years of experience in the educational field and a solid foundation in child development, supported by her Master’s degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education. As a mother of three, Ashleigh brings a personal touch to her professional role, deeply understanding the complexities of children’s needs and family dynamics. Her extensive background, coupled with firsthand experience in court-ordered visitation, equips her with invaluable insights and empathy that she integrates into her compassionate and patient supervisory approach. Ashleigh is committed to understanding each family’s unique dynamics, ensuring that all needs are addressed during the intake process to facilitate the best possible visitation experience. Matthew Thayer, co-founder of CASE Visitations, is an experienced expert with over 25 years of customer service experience and a profound commitment to parenting and legal support. As a father of three boys, he has firsthand insight into the challenges of parenthood and the importance of empathy in conflict resolution. Matthew is a compassionate advocate for all parties involved in the court system, leveraging his extensive knowledge and understanding to approach each case he encounters. In addition to his professional dedication, Matthew enjoys camping, biking, and spending quality time with his family. He also has a passion for carpentry, reflecting his creative and hands-on approach to life. His commitment to fostering positive interactions is evident in his efforts to build strong relationships between visiting parents and their children, ensuring that every situation is handled with care and understanding.

Jenna Knapp brings more than 20 years of educational expertise to our team. Holding a Master's in Elementary Education, she possesses a deep understanding of different parent dynamics and the patience required to navigate them. As a mother of two, Jenna is aware of the complexities of parenting. She is not only patient and caring but also strives to create a nurturing environment throughout the entire visit. Committed to advocating for fair solutions, Jenna consistently fosters professional connections throughout the entire visit. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, spending quality time with her family, loves animals, and anything Marvel!

Victoria Haskins

Victoria, one of Portland Supervisors is a seasoned professional with over 54 years of experience, currently a Senior Asset Manager at one of the largest regional banks in the United States. A proud mother of three sons and grandmother to nine, she values family and nurturing relationships. Her commitment to children is highlighted by her 6.5 years as a foster parent, during which she proudly adopted one of her foster children, now 19. With a passion for mentorship and diverse interests including reading, sewing, gardening, and hiking, Victoria embodies a vibrant personality and enthusiasm for new experiences.

Kelly, one of our Portland Supervisors has dedicated over two decades to nurturing children's spiritual growth and development through various leadership roles in church settings. She has served as a Children's Sunday School Teacher, Children's Choir Director, and VBS Director, making a significant impact in children's ministry. Most recently, she took on the role of Children's Church Helper. In addition to her professional commitments, Kelly is a devoted mother to two sons and two daughters and cherishes time spent with her four grandchildren. Her passion for children's ministry and family reflects her commitment to working with different families to foster a supportive environment.
